(NYSE: AEO) yesterday announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, marking the company’s 20^th consecutive quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on July 17, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 6, 2009.
